ရတနာပုံတက္ကသိုလ်၏မျှော်မှန်းချက်မှာ ပညာပြည့်၀နှလုံးလှ၍ လူ့ဘောင်လောကကို အလှဆင်နိုင်သော ပညာရှင်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ရတနာပုံတက္ကသိုလ်၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာ၀န်မှာ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲသည့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းသောလူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းကို ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်သော အမျိုးသားရေးစရိုက်လက္ခဏာများ၊ စံနှုန်းများကို မြတ်နိုးတန်ဖိုးထားတတ်ပြီး နိုင်ငံတော်၏ သဘာ၀အရင်းအမြစ်များကို အကျိုးရှိ ဆန်းသစ်စွာ အသုံးချနိုင်မည့် အရည်အချင်းပြည့် လူသားအရင်းအမြစ်များ ပြုစု ပျိုးထောင်ရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
